Process Engineer - The Company: Our client is a global leader in advanced engineered solutions, specialising in high-performance materials and manufacturing processes for the aerospace and industrial sectors.
They are looking for 2x Process Engineer to join their successful team.
Process Engineer - Responsibilities: Develop and maintain process engineering activities to meet quality and cost objectives.
Support the production of high-quality castings and achieve process qualifications.
Lead metallurgical processes for various product types, ensuring compliance with customer requirements.
Produce qualification reports and resolve engineering issues.
Drive process improvements, troubleshoot issues, and reduce costs.
Process Engineer - Requirements: Minimum of 4 years' experience in process engineering.
Degree/HNC or equivalent in engineering.
Proficient in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, ABS, and statistical methods (SPC).
Strong communication, organisational, and technical presentation skills.
Process Engineer – Salary & Benefits: £29,000 - £40,000pa AXA private healthcare (single membership) Pension Salary Sacrifice Scheme employee contribution 4% employer 5% (up to 10%) no cap for employee Plant-Based Performance Bonus Scheme up to 5% (Discretionary) 25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays (pro-rated).
