Process Analyst will be working as part of an exciting transformation team in the IA Centre of Excellence, responsible for liaising with Process Owners and SME's to identify potential simplification/IA opportunities, defining and approving selection criteria and determining and agreeing potential business benefits through qualitative and quantitative reviews of end to end business processes.
Ensuring processes are standardised, simplified or eliminated before IA automation is undertaken using Agile methodology and tools Key Accountabilities: Engage with process owners and related stakeholders to establish the scope and objectives of process reviews and establish support requirements in the business owner space.
Construct project plans to support each process review, and subsequent development activity, to ensure comprehensive stakeholder engagement and realistic timescales for each review – noting cross functional touch points.
Undertake reviews of complex business processes using a LEAN methodology toolkit, to identity and deliver improvements through standardisation, simplification, elimination, and automation.
Gather, analyse, and understand relevant data to produce "as is" process maps, highlighting key inputs, outputs, immediate opportunities for process improvement and potential savings available.
Design and agree the "to-be" process maps embedding agreed process improvements.
Skills needed for the role: Technical process re-engineering experience and qualifications in either LEAN, Six Sigma, or WCM techniques would be an advantage.
Creative, commercial and inspirational problem-solving skills Ability to challenge and influence across a wide range of stakeholders, including senior levels of the organisation.
Able to demonstrate dealing with challenging environments Strong communication skills, Delivering Results - ensuring delivery of the most important priorities, measuring progress, and ensuring accountability against key metrics.
Making Sense of Data – data driven but able to focus on value by collecting, analysing, auditing, and interpreting information needed to manage process improvement Next Steps The next stage of the selection process will be a face to face/virtual interview consisting of competency based and role specific questions.
