A Problem Coordinator - is required on a permanent basis to join a globally expanding Fintech business based in Swindon to join a larger team that collectively delivers world-class seamless 24/7 IT Service Operation support.This will be on a hybrid basis with travel into the Swindon office 2-3 days a week with a salary of up to £37,000 and a 5% Bonus.What you will be doing:Follow-up on corrective actions & action items to ensure that all appropriate tasks are completedRecord all known errors in the Known Errors databasePartake in Post Incident reports for all Major Incidents to senior IT leaders, and publish them externally within 1 week of the service restorationIdentify subject matter experts and appropriate technology teams to be engaged during the problem investigationsLead Problem Management investigations with technical subject matter expertResponsible for the prevention of recurring incidents by determining the true root cause, and driving the implementation of corrective actionsDeliver results of the problem investigation to stakeholdersPrevent problems and eliminate recurring incidents proactively through trend analysis within incident/alerting/trending data sourcesPerformance gathering, analysis, documentation, and validation of business and technical needs using interviews, workshops, modelling techniquesConsult with subject matter experts and project team members to identify and document potential business and technology solutionsWhat we need from you:Essential Skills:Must be able to work independently on complex projectsProfessionally skilled in verbal and written communication skillsA minimum experience of 2+ years in ITIL Service Operations with focus on Problem ManagementExcellent communication skills and good command over written & spoken EnglishData drivenAnalyticalAttention to detailWork under pressure and to deadlinesContinuous Service Improvement mindsetDesirable knowledge/experienceBI Tools –Ideally PowerBI or EazyBISoftware Development CyclesJira/Jira Service DeskConfluenceExcelIf you have the following skills for the Problem Coordinator please APPLY TODAY to immediate consideration!
