Probate Solicitor

Title : Probate Solicitor Location : Diss Salary : £40,000 to £60,000 per annum, dependant on experience We are currently recruiting for an experienced Probate Solicitor for our prestigious client in Diss.
You will manage their private client files, ensuring all deadlines and client expectations are met.
You must be experienced and have knowledge in all areas of probate and estates such as Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax, Will writing and Powers of Attorney.
The Role Dealing with matters at all stages, from taking the client's initial instructions, Will drafting, dealing with the preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney and the administration of estates Dealing with new client enquiries Providing support to other fee earners in the probate department The Candidate Have a minimum of 1 years fee earning experience Current Practising Certificate or equivalent Ability to work under pressure Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team Salary offered is £40,000 to £60,000 per annum dependant on experience Full time, permanent role Apply now!
