Working with our recently appointed Vice-Chancellor, Professor Phil Taylor, our next Pro Vice-Chancellor (Global) will be instrumental in shaping and strengthening our international strategy as we aim to elevate our standing in global rankings, diversify our income streams, and enhance our engagement with a broad spectrum of international stakeholders, research collaborations, and students.
As the PVC (Global), you will join the senior leadership team at an exciting and transformative time for the University.
As a key figure, you will work across the leadership team to expand our international influence, enhance the diversity of our student body, and strengthen our research and partnership networks.

We are seeking an exceptional individual to provide a global strategic vision and operational delivery leadership with the University Executive Board and wider University community, bringing international credibility in higher education and demonstrable evidence of success in the international domain.
You will be a highly experienced advocate for the institution, delivering strategic and operational resilience whilst providing insightful and impactful international guidance to the Vice-Chancellor.
Candidates must demonstrate an understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing the Higher Education sector, both in the UK and internationally, an ability to deliver on key operational responsibilities, and a leadership style which is authentic, engaging, and empathetic, underpinned by personal values of inclusivity, integrity, and openness.
