Job Opportunity: Commercial Gas Engineer Location: Milton Keynes & Surrounding Areas Salary - Up to £45,000 We are currently assisting a valued client in their search for an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to jointheir expanding team on a full-time, permanent basis.
The company, based in Milton Keynes, operates within the commercial and industrial sectors across Buckinghamshire and surrounding areas, delivering high-qualityservices to a diverse range of clients.
Key Responsibilities: As a Commercial Gas Engineer, you will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of commercial heating systems, ensuring the continued smooth operation of equipment for a number ofprestigious commercial clients.
Your main duties will include: ?
Service, repair, and installation of commercial heating systems (boilers and associated equipment) ?
Diagnostic fault finding and troubleshooting ?
Purging, strength testing, and installation of gas pipework (up to or above 6) ?
Completing and maintaining PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) paperwork ?
Ensuring efficient maintenance and repair of plant equipment ?
Adhering to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with Health and Safetyregulations ?
Carrying out work in a safe and professional manner at all times Required Qualifications: To be considered for this role, you must hold the following essential qualifications and experience: OFTEC ?
COCN1 Core Commercial Gas Safety ?
ICPN1 Installation First Fix on Commercial Pipework ?
CIGA1 Indirect Fired Commercial Appliances ?
CDGA1 Direct Fired Commercial Appliances ?
CORT1 Overhead Radiant Tube & Radiant Plaque Heaters ?
TPCP1a Tightness Testing & Direct Purging of Pipework (up to 1m) ?
Minimum of 2 years experience working in commercial environments ?
Full, clean UK driving license Desirable Qualifications: ?
IPAF-Certified PAL Card ?
WRAS qualifications ?
