Our client is a well-known law firm in the Midlands, offering their legal services from multiple locations.

Their large private client offering operates from two of their offices.
With continued growth due to demand in their work and services to their clients, their head of department seeks to invite a partner to join them to continue to move the team forward.
This exciting opportunity invites experienced senior solicitors to explore the opportunity of joining a forward-thinking, prestigious law firm, where they can add value and progress within a professional, supportive, and respectful working environment.
The overall private wealth department is divided into four teams covering wills and probate; trust and tax; estate planning and care and capacity.
This role will invite a generalist private client solicitor to join and assist in overseeing the overall department.
Key objectives will be to: Ensure client excellence continues.
Provide fresh and modern ideas.
Focus on delivery.
Manage and supervise the junior members of the team.
Assist in the training and development of the team.
Look outside the box.
This role will help oversee a team of in excess of c30 – therefore it is important that those applying can show evidence of supervision.
The successful solicitor will be able to exhibit the following: UK qualified solicitor offering a minimum of 10 PQE (this is set as a guide only, and those with less PQE but strong experience will still be invited to apply).
Experience should be gained from a strong private client department, with regular dealings in HNWIs.
Technically strong – deep understanding of complex matters.
Career stability.
The ability to build strong and lasting professional relationships with both clients and colleagues.
A natural go-to for those who require support – strong mentoring skills.
Clear communication skills.
Entrepreneurial mind – thinking outside the box.
A following is not essential – the team is very busy!
