Job summary The role requires flexibility regarding location / travel in order to provide sickness and annual leave cover at The McIndoe Centre in East Grinstead as needed.

Main duties of the job We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced patient advisor to join our Private Patients department as a Private Patient Advisor.
Working within a CQC rated Outstanding hospital, you will work to ensure a seamless and professional patient journey is offered to all prospective private patient, from initial enquiries and referrals, to appointment confirmation.With prior sales experience, you will be skilled in converting initial enquiries into booked appointments, working to meet the teams Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

We use a varied range of IT software.Prior experience within in healthcare setting is desirable.A working ethic aligned to our core values as a group: Caring, Friendly, Quality, Integrity and Pride.Salary: up to £16, per annum (£27, FTE)In accordance with Home Office guidance successful candidates will be required to evidence their right to work in the UK before commencement of employment.
