Our client brings strategic thinking and intelligence to their clients' priorities, working with experts in a diverse range of fields to achieve excellent outcomes in areas such as health, legacy, education, sustainability, security, family governance, art, philanthropy, lifestyle and more.As the Private Operations Executive, you will report to the client advisor and be responsible for managing the requests of the ultra-high-net-worth clients.
This role is essential in ensuring the elite clientele receives exceptional service and attention to detail.This position is well-suited for an individual who demonstrates a high degree of self-motivation and confidence in their problem-solving abilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and responding to high-priority requests from ultra-high-net-worth individuals, approaching each task with urgency and discretion.Examples of these diverse requests may include preparing bespoke luxury travel experiences and itineraries under tight time pressure or procuring hard-to-find collectibles.
Additionally, the Operations executive may be required to research and procure luxury gifts and organise unique events that resonate with client interests.
It could also include recruiting potential household staff, such as nannies, estate managers, and security personnel, to meet stringent client standards.
The range of tasks is not only exciting but also limitless.To excel, the operations executive must maintain a broad understanding of luxury services, venues, and experiences to offer insightful recommendations.
They must also uphold the utmost confidentiality and professionalism to ensure clients' privacy is consistently respected.This is a full-time position where you will work from the stylish Central London offices.
The core working hours are from 9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.
However, the role requires inherent flexibility, allowing for adjustments outside of these core hours to address the specific needs and demands of clients.ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:• Proven experience in an operations or administrative role within a luxury or high-net-worth environment• Exceptional organisational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously• The strongest of problem-solving abilities and resourcefulness• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal• Exacting attention to detail• Ambitious and determined• A well-connected individual with knowledge of luxury services and UHNW clientele needs• The ability to work at a fast pace and respond promptly to urgent requests.• The highest degree of professionalism and discretion• Right to work in the UK• Outstanding, verifiable references
