Background: Our client is a leading international bank who is seeking to hire an experienced private funds lawyer for their Alternative Funds team.
Candidates moving directly from private practice will be considered, but there is a slight preference for some in-house experience.
This candidate should be UK qualified and have a minimum of 5 years PQE.
Key Responsibilities: Offer legal assistance to the Alternative Funds business, focusing on fund establishment, investment, and mandates.Provide guidance on the implementation of relevant legislation, regulations, and best practices concerning alternative funds, including their marketing and distribution.Oversee legal risk for the Global Alternatives business, ensuring compliance with group policy requirements.What Will Make You Successful?
