The successful candidate can expect to take on a caseload consisting of:DivorcePre and post-nuptial agreementsFinancial disputes and remediesCohabitation disputes / agreementsChild arrangements / disputes / abductionNon-Molestation / occupation ordersA willingness to network and actively engage in business development activities is crucial, as is the ability to deal with clients from various backgrounds that will often be going through highly difficult and emotional times in an effective manner.Salary: £45,000 - £58,000Hybrid working available
