Our Client, a dynamic and fast-growing real estate investment firm specializing in logistics and industrial assets across Europe.
With an entrepreneurial approach and a strong commitment to long-term growth, they have built a robust portfolio through strategic acquisitions, value-add investments, and asset management initiatives.
They are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Analyst or Junior Associate to join their team, contributing to the continued success of their operations across Germany, the Netherlands, and beyond.
This role offers the opportunity to be an integral part of an experienced team and work on high-profile transactions and projects.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, an understanding of real estate fundamentals, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth market research and financial analysis to identify investment opportunities across Germany, the Netherlands, and other European markets.
Assist in due diligence processes, including financial modeling, asset analysis, and property-level due diligence.
Prepare detailed investment memoranda and presentations for senior management and investors.
Support transaction execution, coordinating with legal, finance, and other external parties.
Monitor and report on the performance of existing investments and identify opportunities for value creation within the portfolio.
Collaborate closely with the asset management team on property-level business plans, leasing initiatives, and repositioning strategies.
Key Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, business, economics, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant professional qualification is a plus.
1-3 years of experience in real estate investment, private equity, investment banking, or a related financial field.
Advanced financial modeling skills with proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Argus or other real estate analysis software is preferred.
Fluency in English and German and/or Dutch is required, as this role involves regular interaction with German and Dutch-speaking stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of European logistics or industrial real estate markets is highly desirable.
