Private Equity Part-Time Investor Relations Vice President/Director, Mid-Market Private Equity Fund Attractive Salary Central London WW11424 The Opportunity: Finatal is working with an exciting Mid-Market Private Equity fund that is looking for a motivated individual to join the Investor Relations team on a flexible part-time basis with the aim to increase responsibility as the fund begins their next raise.
The ideal candidate will have had valuable experience within investor relations and raising private equity funds.
The Role: Leading on investor relations responsibilities for the fund including: • Managing placement agent for project management responsibilities to lead and drive productivity • Leading no distribution efforts with Investor request management, response and outreach • Other ad-hoc responsibilities as required Requirements: • Possess a strong understanding of Private Equity and its associated metrics from a relevant role in an adjacent or associated sector • Be highly numerate and analytical • Have advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, and be comfortable articulating investment narratives with visual and written copy • Be organised, detailed, and accurate and able to work at pace to regular deadlines • Possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build trust internal relationships across multiple stakeholder
