This US firm has one of the fastest-growing Private Equity and PE-based M&A teams in the market, with London being their second largest office and their corporate team consistently growing across all levels (NQ - 6PQE) The team is ranked in both Chambers and L500 for their upper-mid to big-ticket transactions, renowned for their controlled buyout work, but also their equity investments on behalf of a wide range of clients.
In contrast to other US firms that mainly advise controlled financial sponsors, you will be working with PE funds, VCs, LP-investors, Credit Funds, Sovereign wealth funds and media/sports clients.
As part of a lean team, you will also be gaining hands-on experience on deals, while also being supported from established training sessions.

Requirements : completing a UK training contract by March 2025 at a top20 firm in London or having up to 6 years of post-qualified experience as a UK Lawyer strong academics experience in private M&A or private equity matters required (preferably for drafting and reviewing SHAs, SPAs etc)
