Private Equity Associate

Key Responsibilities: Draft and negotiate private equity transaction documentation Provide commercially focused legal advice as part of client deal teams Coordinate with clients and internal/external specialists to manage transactions efficiently Develop a network of internal and external contacts Build strong working relationships with clients and colleagues Participate in business development and profile-raising activities Qualifications/Skills Required: 3-6 PQE Strong corporate law experience with a specific interest in private equity Excellent communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple tasks, work to tight deadlines, and prioritise effectively A proactive, resilient team player with excellent relationship-building abilities A commitment to personal and professional development Strong academic background and professional qualifications Why Apply?
