Our Client Our client seeks a driven and motivated private equity Associate, ideally with NQ to 2 years post-qualification experience, to join their highly ranked team.

Main Duties Key responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:
Advising private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, and management teams on various matters, including auction and buyout processes, investments, exits, and corporate advisory work.
Contributing to the expansion of this dynamic and successful team, which plays a crucial role in the corporate practice and the broader strategy of our private equity capabilities.
Your Profile NQ-2PQE experience in private equity at a leading law firm (E&W Qualified or top-tier Australian/New Zealand law firm background).
