Private Client Solicitors/Legal Executives

Our client is looking for a experienced Private Client Solicitors/Legal Executives to join their busy teams in both their Lymington and New Milton offices.
This is an excellent opportunity to join this expanding team.
Areas of focus will include: Wills drafting Probate administration Court of Protection / LPA Tax planning and advice Trust set up and administration Duties will include: Independently managing own varied caseload of private client matters.
Responsibility for providing high quality, timely, professional advice on Wills, Probate and Estate administration, Inheritance Planning and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Must be able to manage simple Trusts.
Promoting a compassionate and sensitive disposition client experience when dealing with the elderly or incapacitated.
Proactively networking and marketing within the team to generate new business and reputation.
Attending clients in their own environment as required.
Responsibility for mentoring and assisting more junior team members.
Maintaining good billings records within the team.
Desired skills: Fee earning experience essential within Private Client with at least 4 years PQE +.
Proven track record of meeting targets.
Have strong interpersonal skills.
STEP is desirable but not essential.
Business development and networking skills.
What they offer: Salary depending on experience £40K - £70K.
