Vacancy created by long standing employee relocating.The candidate, will attend to a varied caseload of Wills, LPAs, estate planning and Probate matters.The ideal candidate will be:Hard working with a friendly and approachable mannerQuick learning, empathetic and self-motivatedA knowledge of probate matters, inheritance tax, trusts, and drafting legal documents necessary.Technically competent and meticulous3 years PQE minimum Schedule:9am - 5pm Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:Prestwood: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)Application deadline: 30th November 2024Expected start date: ASAP
