The Role: This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of Private Client matters, including:
Wills and estate planning Probate and estate administration Trust creation and management Powers of attorney and Court of Protection work You will work closely with an experienced team, providing tailored advice to clients while benefiting from a supportive and collaborative environment
About You: The ideal candidate will:
Be a qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE in Private Client law Have a track record of managing a varied caseload effectively and professionally Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills STEP qualification (or working towards it) is advantageous but not essential Why Join?
