Private Client Solicitor - Manchester Private Wealth - Associate Solicitor - Manchester - This National law firm are seeking a talented Solicitor to join its reputable Private Wealth team in Manchester.
This role focuses on non-contentious matters, providing high-quality legal advice to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
Location: Manchester Job Type: Full-Time Salary: Up to £65,000 Previous Experience: 1+ PQE with Expertise in advising on HNW/UHNW estate planning and relevant tax legislation A Leading team You will be part of one of the largest Private Wealth teams outside London engaging in high quality work and acting for prestigious clients.
Key responsibilities include: Advising clients on lifetime and estate tax planning, inheritance tax mitigation, and estate administration.
Drafting Wills, forming trusts, and providing guidance on trust taxation and administration.
Work on the formation and taxation of family investment companies (experience preferred but not essential).
Collaborate with financial advisers, accountants, and investment managers for tailored, holistic advice.
Engage in business development activities, and develop specialisms in the team's practice areas.
About You Qualified Solicitor 1+ PQE).
Proven ability to manage a caseload independently.
Experience in advising on estate planning and tax legislation.
Knowledge of trusts and their establishment, taxation, and administration.
