They are recruiting for a Private Client Solicitor to be based out of their office in Chalfont St Giles.
Key Responsibilities:Taking on a diverse caseload with a high level of autonomy, while seeking guidance when necessaryMeet clients face-to-face or virtually to understand their needs and objectives, providing them with specialised advice tailored to their situationMeticulous case and file management, along with diligent risk assessmentsYou will advise clients on wills, estate administration, trusts, probate, LPAs, inheritance tax and drafting deeds of variation Desired Skills and QualificationsPrivate Client Solicitor with 2+ years PQEConfidence with handling your own individual caseloadOutstanding levels of communicationStrong IT skills including MS Office The PackageSalary negotiable depending on experience25 days holiday plus a full week off at ChristmasHealth insuranceHybrid working (after probation)
