Key Responsibilities Provide expert advice on private client matters, including Wills, Powers of Attorney, Trusts, and Executries.
Assist clients with estate planning, inheritance tax guidance, and asset protection strategies.
Oversee the administration of estates, including probate, executries, and liaising with relevant authorities.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships through a client-focused and empathetic approach.
Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to deliver seamless and comprehensive legal services.
Stay informed on legislative changes and developments in private client law to ensure accurate and up-to-date advice.
Key Skills and Qualifications 3-8 years PQE in private client law.
Proven expertise in Wills, Powers of Attorney, Trusts, and estate administration.
Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate and discreet approach to sensitive matters.
Ability to manage a varied caseload independently while meeting deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
