Our client has a vacancy for a Private Client Solicitor/Cilex (with Probate experience).
You should be experienced in most aspects of Private Client work, including Wills & Probate, Tax Planning & Trusts and Powers of Attorney.
Flexible/hybrid working will be considered for this role.
The Firm offers generous financial incentives with the opportunity of quarterly pay rises (which could push salaries up by £4k each year) and an end of year bonus of 20%.
Candidates should ideally have:A minimum of 2 years PQE in the relevant area of lawGood client care skills, providing professional and competent legal advice in accordance with SRA Code of conductStrong IT skillsEffective business development skills with proven marketing strategiesCapability to generate fees in accordance with agreed targetsUp-to-date knowledge and skills in compliance with Continuing Professional Development and internal training expectationsProven experience of handling own caseloadAbility to adhere to and manage deadlinesGood drafting and writing skills, excellent communication and technical abilityDue to the large number of responses we receive it is not always possible to respond to every application.
