Private Client Boutique Private Client Senior Associate 7+PQE Oxford A leading Private Client Boutique is looking for a senior private client solicitor to join their team in London.
The firm advises on estate planning and administration, charitable planning and tax matters, as well as being highly experienced in advising on contested trusts and estates.
The team is made up of seven partners, and 5 associates.
The private client team advise both UK and non-UK based clients on a broad range of private wealth matters, including the preparation of UK tax efficient Wills, advising on UK personal tax and estate planning, and the preparation and registration of lasting powers of attorney.
Clients include high and ultra-high net worth individuals, trustees and family offices.
Their expert lawyers are well versed in advising on private client matters with an international element, including cross-border personal tax and estate planning matters and complex offshore and onshore trust and corporate structures.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to high value private client work, within a busy and growing team, learning from experts in their relative fields.
To be successful in your application, you will: Be a qualified solicitor with at least 7 years of experience.
Have experience working in a Private Client team, dealing with high-net-worth individuals and families.
Have a portable client following.
Be ambitious and self-motivated.
Have excellent client relationship skills and be effective at communication.
Be a collaborative team player who fits in with a collegiate and hard-working team.
