As an experienced Private Client Solicitor, you'll be joining a dynamic team and have the opportunity to help shape the future of the Private Client department.
You will be managing a diverse caseload to include the following matters: Drafting willsProbate and estate administrationsInheritance Tax planning and trustsPowers of Attorney The ideal Private Client Solicitor will have: The ability to remain calm under pressureAn organised approach in order to run a busy caseload and meet deadlinesAbility and willingness to help and encourage less senior members of the departmentCo-operative and helpful attitude within a team environmentDiligent and conscientious approach to work Skills Requirements: Minimum of 3 Years PQEPC literacyExcellent interpersonal skills
