Herne Bay, Kent / £25,000 / Permanent My client, a leader in the legal sector, are currently on the hunt to recruit a Legal Secretary to join their rapidly growing team in their Herne Bay offices.
The successful candidate will have proven success in a similar Legal Secretary position.
Key Responsibilities Provide full secretarial support to the fee earner/solicitors within the team Arranging appointments and meetings Dealing with inbound customer telephone queries and face-to-face walk-ins Coordinating diaries and managing client files prior to meetings General administration duties such as filing and photocopyingEssential Skillset Previous working experience in a Law Firm Secretarial experience is highly desirable Excellent communication skills, written and verbal Proficient with Microsoft Packages Friendly and personablePackage Around £25,000 Herne Bay, Kent Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm Free parking onsite 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Legal Secretary Herne Bay, Kent / £25,000 / Permanent
