Job DescriptionI am currently on behalf of my client looking for a Private Client Secretary to join a busy and hard working team at a legal firm based in the Littlehampton area.Our Client is looking to bring in a Private Client Assistant/ Legal Secretary to join and aid their Private Client team so experience in this area is essential.You will have experience in.
Preparing correspondence and documentsAudio/copy typing of documents and lettersDiary managementDealing with clients both face to face and over the phoneMeeting arrangementsDealing with post Any other administration or secretarial duties as required.Sometimes act as single point of contact for any questions and enquiries.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
