Private Client Legal Secretary

I am working on a brilliant opportunity for a Legal Secretary to join the highly regarded private client team of a Legal 500 firm in their well situated Shirley office.
My client are looking for an organised and friendly individual to join the team and take on a range of responsibilities within the Private Client team including: Diary management responsibilities including making appointments and organising meetingsFile management - opening and closing files, maintaining file management systemsLiaising with clients on behalf of fee earners in their absenceCo-ordination of fee earners' billing and financial requirementsAudio and copy typing legal documentation and correspondenceFiling and storing wills and forms This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience in a private client department to join a busy, reputable and friendly team that places client care, as well as company culture and employee wellbeing as the highest priorities.
Salary: £24000-£26000 Highly competitive benefits package on offer
