Private Client Legal PAPrestigious international law firm seeks a Private Client Legal PA to join their growing Private Client team in Cheltenham on a permanent basis.Salary to £30,000Hybrid working (3 days in the office / 2 days remote)9.30am to 5.30pmPrivate Client Legal PA Key Responsibilities:Support Lawyers with marketing and BD activitiesManage diaries, ensuring they are up to dateArrange meetings, book conference rooms, refreshments / cateringArrange for travel bookings and related details, including travel itineraries and expensesEnter new contact information onto the CRM systemAssist with BD pitchesAssist Lawyers in the billing and credit control processPrivate Client Legal PA Key Skills & Requirements:Previous Legal PA / Secretary experience gained from a recognised law firmExperience gained within a Private Client or Private Wealth practice group desirableFast, accurate typing skillsHighly skilled on all MS Office applicationsAbility to be flexible to meet the demands of the work
