Private Client Lawyer

In this role you will work as part of a team of Private Client specialist lawyers, serving as trusted advisors to individuals, families, trustees, and businesses globally, emphasising long-term relationships to provide practical solutions for various tax, trust, and estate planning scenarios.

Responsibilities: Proactively manage a mixed caseload of client matters involving all aspects of wills, trusts, tax, estate and succession planning Provide clients with top quality legal advice that meets their needs entirely Preparing Powers of Attorney Advising clients on basic Inheritance Tax Planning Advise clients fully on the broader implications of all transactions or advice given Be self-sufficient in the administration of estates including intestacy Work closely with the team to help achieve the firm's fee targets What's on offer?
