Job Opportunity: Private Client Fee EarnerLocation: Staffordshire (Hybrid working options available)Salary: £,+A role that would offer SQE support or equivalent.We are seeking a highly skilled Private Client Fee Earner with over 2years of fee-earning experience to join a reputable firm.
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a proven track record in handling complex Private Client matters to take the next step in their career.Key Responsibilities: Manage and assist with a diverse range of Private Client matters, including Wills, LPAs, Estate Administration, Trusts, Tax Planning, and Asset Protection.Independently manage a caseload.Offer client-facing legal advice and draft legal documents related to Inheritance Tax and other related issues.Leverage digital tools to enhance efficiency, mitigate risk, and provide excellent client service.Maintain a strong focus on client care while managing a busy and varied caseload.
Key Qualifications & Skills: Over 2 years of fee-earning experience in Private Client law.Expertise in Wills, LPAs, Estate Administration, Trusts, Tax Planning, and Inheritance Tax.WIQS certifications in Estate Planning and Wills, is not essential.Actively engaged in networking events.Strong communication, client-facing skills, and a proactive, efficient approach to managing caseloads.
