Private Client Associate – Glasgow

This award-winning law firm is currently recruiting an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its growing Wills, Trusts & Executries team.
The role is based in Glasgow with hybrid/remote working options available.
The team provide Wills, Trusts and Executry services to clients as well as providing Estate Planning advice.The role will involve:Managing a varied personal caseload of Private Client workSupervising department administrators and other fee earnersProviding specialist support to branch networkTo be considered for this role you should have between 3-10years' PQE, with at least 3 years in Private Client work with a strong understanding of the executry process and succession law, as well as sound knowledge of tax law, particularly inheritance, capital gains and income taxes.You will be a team player with strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships as well as having the ambition to build on the success of the department.A STEP qualified is desired, however the Firm provide a funded learning scheme for those not STEP qualified.This is a full-time position, offering excellent opportunities for career progression and a flexible home working policy.
