Private Client (Agriculture & Landed Estates) - Associate/Senior Associate Wiltshire Full-time/Part-time - Hybrid Attractive salary package We are excited to be recruiting for a UK qualified Solicitor to join a vibrant and successful Private Client team based in a charming rural location within easy reach of both Bristol and Swindon that offers hybrid flexibility.
For this unique opportunity you will become part of a well-respected, established UK law firm that works on challenging, complex disputes and offers an interesting caseload, working with a broad mix of high-value clients. We are interested in talking to experienced professionals with proven experience (ideally c2-8 PQE) in agriculture/landed estates who can deliver advice across a range of areas, including:
Probate and estate administration Tax and tax-efficient wills Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) Lifetime tax planning Agricultural estate planning Court of Protection matters IPFD claims Trusts In this role, you will have the freedom to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision, leveraging your extensive experience and knowledge in inheritance tax and capital gains tax planning. Your skills in tax efficiency, planning, and trusts will be crucial, along with a genuine passion for this field of law.
