We work collaboratively to provide the best support and treatment to anyone who needs it so why don't you apply to be part of something great!About the jobYou will be part of our services support team, providing an all round adminstration and reception service including secretarial and data related tasks.We have many clients to support within HMP Lincoln, so a smooth running support team is crucial to us achieving our aims each and every dayThere's great variety in this role from greeting clients to ordering stationery, maintaining our data quality to assisting with clinical administration - there's always something we'll need your help withYou will have experience of working in a fast paced office environment.
We are looking for a positive and motivated candidate who is proficient with IT systems, highly organised with excellent time management, communication and customer service skills.Required SkillsTo do this job successfully, you will need: experience of providing great admin support in a busy environmentthe abillity to communicate effectively with a wide range of peopleto be confident working in a team environment, able to work collaboratively with everyone a good level of maths and english (verbal and written)to be organised, able to manage and prioritise you time and deal with changing and conflicting demands with easea keen desire in personal and professional developmentgood analytical skills with an eye for detailthe strong ability to work under pressure effectivelya can do, result-driven and positive attitudeexperience of arranging clinical and organising clinical paperworkgood IT skills, including database management and be comfortable using digital media and a desire to develop your IT skillsto collate date, to use and manage databases (e.g.
