Print Operations Director

A long-established print company based in the Leeds area has an opportunity for a senior manager looking for their next career move. Our client is looking for an Operations Director to manage all activities related to the daily operations and development of the company. This will be accomplished through leadership, direction, and motivation of all employees. The Operations Director's interplay with customers, vendors, and employees will fulfil our client's commitment to corporate profitability.
Responsibilities: Purchasing & Planning Quality Financial budgets/Cost reduction We are looking for a strong influencer and leader with captivating communication skills. You will be expected to provide leadership and employee development through performance management, training/development, coaching/mentoring, and motivation of management.
Candidates must come from, and show, a real passion for the industry, and be able to impress with their knowledge of relevant technologies. You must be a strategic thinker who can formulate and implement manufacturing programmes that improve our client's competitive position and profitability and make a valuable contribution to wider board discussions.
