Competitive Salary (available upon enquiry) Profit-related bonus scheme Private healthcare and life assurance 7% employer pension contribution Professional fees covered Hybrid working: 2 remote days per week 37 days total holiday (including bank holidays and additional Christmas leave) Perks: Regular team events and social gatherings Your Role Lead the development of masterplans for diverse projects, from concept through outline and reserved matters planning applications Oversee large-scale masterplans and residential layout design, as well as other complex projects Create strategic documents, including vision statements and design codes Work directly with clients to ensure alignment with project goals Collaborate with the Urbanism team and manage small teams, while also working independently What You'll Need Degree, Masters, or Diploma in Urban Design, Architecture, or a related Built Environment field Minimum of 4 years of UK project experience Background in private practice, consultancy, or commercial housebuilding (detailed design/RMA experience preferred) Proficiency in CAD software; knowledge of Vectorworks and/or SketchUp is a plus Familiarity with local authority guidelines and planning systems Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and self-driven Ready to bring your leadership and design expertise to a consultancy making waves across the UK?
