Key Responsibilities: - Lead and oversee the delivery of complex, large-scale projects across a variety of sectors.- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing technical guidance and ensuring client satisfaction.- Act as a mentor and provide leadership to a talented team of younger engineers, offering guidance and support to aid their professional development.- Work closely with the management team to contribute to strategic planning and the improvement of project delivery processes.- Play a pivotal role in the evolution of the company's operations, helping to implement and refine the structural changes within the organization.
