We're looking for a highly skilled Lead VFX Artist to lead our visual effects team and work closely with our Head of Creative and Art Director to push the artistic vision on our projects.

What we're looking to see on your CV: Significant experience as a Lead or Principal VFX Artist, who has worked on multiple shipped AAA titles A blend of artistic talent, technical skill, and people management skills A comprehensive portfolio demonstrating both professional and personal work, with breakdowns shown where possible.
Expert knowledge of tools including Niagara, Houdini, Maya Strong leadership skills – we want someone who can inspire, manage and grow a team of talented artists An impressive portfolio showcasing your skillset Bonus points if you have: Familiarity with 3D modelling and texturing.
Knowledge of particle systems, simulations, and physics for VFX.
Familiarity with 2D and 3D art creation tools, such as Photoshop and Substance Painter.
As our Lead VFX Artist, you will: Own the creative direction of visual effects, working closely with the Art Director and Game Designers to ensure VFX enrich the narrative and gameplay.
You'll be the architect of inspiring in-game moments that resonate with players.
Lead the team of VFX Artists, mentoring them and helping them to push creative boundaries Cultivate creativity in your team and deliver technical excellence.
Define, refine, and manage the VFX production pipeline Help your team to find creative ways to optimise effects and high-quality visuals to run smoothly across multiple platforms.
