As a Principal Vehicle Artist at Lighthouse Games, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual quality and artistic direction of our projects.
In this position, you will lead a team of Vehicle Artists in terms of feature development and collaborate closely with other departments to create industry-leading vehicle content.
You will push the boundaries of vehicle modelling, employing advanced techniques to achieve exceptional visual fidelity and realism.
As a Principal Vehicle Artist, you will be responsible for mentoring and guiding junior artists, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
You will contribute to the research and development of new processes and techniques, driving forward the artistic vision of our projects.
Key responsibilities include: Iteration and delegation of new features Collaborating with other departments to establish and execute the artistic direction Pushing boundaries of vehicle modelling to achieve top-tier visual quality Mentoring and providing guidance to junior artists Researching and implementing new techniques and processes Ensuring adherence to technical and artistic requirements Requirements Extensive experience in vehicle modelling and texturing Proficiency in 3D modelling software (Maya, 3ds Max, etc.)
