Responsibilities: Collaborate with fellow experts on thrilling projects, expanding your skill set while making a lasting impact on urban development.Lead and inspire teams of talented consultants and graduates in shaping the future of active travel projects, ensuring top-notch quality and excellence across all aspects of the work.Manage the entire lifecycle of projects, from visionary planning to successful delivery, driving innovation at every step.Create impactful consultation reports, policy documents, and technical presentations.Engage with diverse stakeholders, from the public to influential elected representatives, to craft policies and projects that resonate with communities.Maintain project files, CRM systems, financial management systems, quality assurance standards, and implement improved procedures to provide a more robust and efficient service.Exceed client expectations by expertly handling enquiries in a timely and efficient manner.Support bids that secure work with existing and new clients, forging strong partnerships to reshape the transport landscape.Candidate Profile: Expertise in developing robust stakeholder relations and effective partnership working.A fervent commitment to delivering environmentally conscious transport projects.Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken.A proactive approach to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and excel with minimal supervision.Demonstrated experience managing and inspiring junior staff.Proficiency in computer applications, including spreadsheets, Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook.Demonstrated experience to manage multiple projects and balance workload across competing priorities.Salary: £50,000 to £65,000 Per Annum
