Principal Solution Engineering (Pre Sales)

Position Summary As a Principal, Solution Engineering , you will be a key leader in the pre-sales team, working alongside Strategic Account Directors to connect prospective UK customers with the company's advanced platform capabilities.
By partnering with healthcare organisations, you will design, demonstrate, and execute cutting-edge digital solutions while influencing the company's broader strategy to deliver superior consumer health experiences.
Key Responsibilities Design Digital Healthcare Experiences : Collaborate with prospective customers and their business, digital, and IT teams to envision and design innovative healthcare delivery solutions that meet consumer needs.
Align Platform to Business Value : Leverage deep expertise in the platform's capabilities to architect solutions that address key business drivers like growth, automation, and population health management.
Visualize Best-in-Class Health Solutions : Partner with product and design teams to bring ideas to life through compelling presentations, mock-ups, and demonstrations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with implementation, product, and engineering teams to translate strategy into actionable plans for building, launching, and scaling new digital health solutions.
Support Growth Initiatives : Collaborate with Strategic Account Directors to respond to RFPs/RFIs, evaluate technical needs, and solidify partner agreements.
What We're Looking For Experience: 7-10+ years in Solutions Engineering/Pre-Sales 10-15+ years of professional experience, ideally within Payer, Provider, Consumer Health, or Life Sciences industries Proven expertise in solution architecture and software demonstrations for healthcare IT, digital health, or patient engagement platforms Strong platform-as-a-service (PaaS) experience preferred Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree optional Attributes: A strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving skills Strong leadership and communication abilities to inspire confidence across all levels A proven track record of thriving in fast-paced environments with a results-oriented mindset Passionate about learning, with a growth-driven attitude and a customer-first approach Integrity-driven, ensuring that success is achieved the right way Skilled in articulating complex solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences This is an exceptional opportunity to drive the future of healthcare innovation, leveraging your expertise to lead transformative solutions across the payer and provider ecosystems.
