Principal Software Engineer

Our client is a leading firm within financial services space are looking for senior candidates who will have a pragmatic yet organised approach to software design and development.
The team are designing innovative solutions building cloud-based, distributed systems and need someone from a background in Azure and experience with testing skills from unit to end-to-end.

Job Specification Collaborate in a multi-disciplinary team to build, test, and maintain software applications and services.
Design and implement systems using .NET and Microsoft Azure.
Engage with expert groups to refine best practices and experiment with new techniques.
Mentor and coach less experienced team members based on experience.
Requirements Proficient in object-oriented development, primarily with C# .NET solutions.
Experience with Microsoft development stack and Azure Cloud, including: ASP.NET & ASP.NET Core Web services, service-oriented architectures, microservices MongoDB SQL Server/Transact SQL Git & Azure DevOps Understanding of relational and NoSQL data architectures and technologies.
