Purpose: The role will work with employees and support the business in the delivery of its aims and objectives, and deliver creative and innovative design solutions in building services.
The role will also provide line management support and will be responsible for project design management as well as client relationships.
Reports to: Associate Director
Location: London
Responsibilities: Preparing design and economic feasibility studies, surveys, and reportsPlanning engineering projects in terms of methods, costs, time schedules, and staff requirementsSupervising technicians and/or supplying them with design information for the production of suitable documentsCarrying out and supervising site inspectionsRelevant Experience and Competence: Knowledge: Professional qualifications and membership – a degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
Will be working towards a chartered professional qualification or may have achieved chartered membership status in an engineering disciplineUnderstanding of external clients' expectations and project deliveryTechnical proficiency in the field of engineeringSkills: Ability to supervise teams and processesStrong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build effective relationshipsAbility to work to conflicting demands and support project deliveryExperience: Experience in the construction and renewables sectorExperience in supervising teamsValues and Behaviours: QODA has created the following values and behaviours to enable all employees to deliver in a high-performing, values-driven work environment:
