Principal Planner | Bury St. Edmunds | Full Time/Part Time | 9am-5pm | £40,000+ (up to £50,000 depending on experience) Are you an experienced planner ready to make your next career move?

Are you the right person for the job?
9+ years of experience in planning (public or private sector) Chartered Member of the RTPI Strong communication skills with the ability to build client relationships A collaborative team player who can work independently and as part of a team Commitment to delivering high-quality planning outcomes What will your role look like?
Lead and manage planning projects across a range of sectors, from private individuals to national housebuilders Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes Provide expert planning advice and guidance to support both urban and rural developments Ensure all proposals align with planning regulations and client goals Opportunity to mentor junior members of the team What can you expect in return?
