The Opportunity:
This is an exciting time to join, in a fully autonomous Principal Partner role as an addition to the current team. Your sector (and all functions within) is yours to head, own and build out within our collaborative, performance and supportive culture.
Key Aspects of the Core Role: Create and build an existing, new client and candidate plan for the scaling and levered development of the sector in the UK, Europe and global. Using access to existing contacts, contact data, insights and networking build proactive and exceptional senior leadership level relationships at CEO, C-suite and functional levels. Open contact, visit clients, pitch, write new business proposals and win new business. Work collaboratively with the Sourcing & Delivery team on end-to-end client assignments at senior leadership level across all functions within your sector in the UK and throughout the world. Through delivering results and regular contact build exceptional client relationships and repeat business. Build and promote a strong personal brand that is known and respected in the sector. Create and collaborate with marketing on your sector's quarterly plan for new, repeat and nurturing marketing strategies. Using our unique data access, proactively market exceptional senior candidates into opportunities at a global level. In alignment with our overall brand and sector strategies, manage and build out via our technology, client and candidate data to facilitate greater access and continual growth. With the support of colleagues manage all data in line with company standards and expectations. Operationally comply with all delivery and financial processes. About You: An experienced or up and coming performance-driven individual with at least 5 years experience of working in a contingent and/or executive search business. Highly engaging commercial sales driver. Connected, excellent networker and relationship builder. Fully delivers on the requirement to exceed client and candidate expectations in building the conditions for repeatable business. Appreciates the power of data and the use of tech enablers in winning and delivery. Has a winning mentality and all the attributes. Has natural influencing ability, creativity, and agility of thought.
