We are supporting City of Lincoln Council with recruiting a Principal Lawyer to join their legal services team permanently.
As well as being a part of the senior management team, this unique opportunity provides the chance to be involved with a diverse range of work including commercial, procurement, and property matters.

About the Principal Lawyer opportunity: You will be supporting with the delivery of major projects and leading on strategic commercial and property matters.

Duties of the Principal Lawyer opportunity will include: Leading on commercial and residential property matters Supporting two junior members Advising on strategic and complex matters Advising, negotiating and drafting all commercial contracts Benefits of the Principal Lawyer opportunity will include: Flexible working arrangements, one day a week in the office.
