The Opportunity:We are looking for a Principal GNSS Scientist who is passionate about technology and excited about the goals of our company. You will join our GNSS team and help lead the research and development of our Supercorrelation technology. The role offers significant scope for professional development spanning the research, product, and software engineering disciplines.
Key ResponsibilitiesJoin the development team and actively contribute to the software lifecycleTake technical ownership of new research and development ideasContribute to the development and maintenance of Supercorrelation software and testing toolsGenerate clear technical results and communicate to internal and external stakeholdersPropose, lead and participate in R&D initiatives aimed at enhancing our existing products and inspiring the next of our ground-breaking technologiesContribute to team planningProvide technical mentorship to junior engineers within the companyYour ExperienceEssentialRelevant academic or industrial experienceIn-depth knowledge of GNSS measurement engine signal processingStrong analysis skills in Matlab or similarDesirableIn-depth knowledge of the full GNSS signal-processing chainSource Control (e.g. git)Synthetic aperture processingGNSS simulatorsAgile developmentProduct development experience (requirements capture, test definition)Kalman filters and other probabilistic estimation techniquesMulti-sensor fusion techniques, including tight and deep coupling for GNSS-INSRTK and/or PPP and/or multi-constellation positioningMultipath mitigation methodsYour Development and Perks Your development is equally important as our business grows and we offer opportunities including appraisals, career development plans, training courses, feedback sessions through 1-2-1 meetings, knowledge-sharing, and cross-training.
