Location: Coventry.We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role Salary: Negotiable dependent on experience What you'll be doing: Design and maintain requirements, architectures, and system designs for complex technical systems Generate SysML views to capture interactions between complex systems within the Submarine Support with the full utilisation and development of model-based systems engineering artifacts across a portfolio of products Expand, elaborate, and own key system design elements and associated systems engineering products that drive customer success Work with cross-functional teams to define system functions, requirements and design elements to ensure optimal performance in constrained technical environments Decompose complex designs into understandable components for further elaboration and development Support the execution of the full project lifecycle, from planning, through implementation, to operational readiness Your skills and experiences: Hold a Degree or equivalent within a STEM field Have a strong familiarisation of SysML You will need to have experience of using Model Based System Engineering toolsets such as Enterprise Architect Have a firm understanding of Systems Engineering and Systems thinking Familiarity with the Engineering System Lifecycle and its related process (specifically processes mentioned ISO/IEC 15288) Benefits: You'll receive benefits including a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan.
