The Human Factors team: This is an excellent opportunity to join the Human Factors team-Safety here at BAE Systems.
You will be joining a wider team of 17 professionally minded individuals who strive for best practice and champion an outstanding internal culture.
You'll have the responsibility of managing 2-3 direct reports at varied levels.
The team operate across different areas of safety within the Human Factors remit, which enables variety on the day-to-day business.
