We seek a Principal Electronics Engineer to lead a 15-person engineering team, focusing on R&D developments and providing technical leadership in both electrical and electronic domains.
This role combines expertise in circuit design, PCB technology, power management, and system architecture.

IET-accredited degree with ~10 years relevant experience Proven project and team leadership experience Strong electronics design theoretical and practical knowledge Expertise in circuit analysis, performance evaluation, and troubleshooting Project lifecycle management experience Track record of innovative engineering solutions Work-Life Balance
